not found javacore and can not set hardware acceleration

I can not find any javacore but there are some info in 2 nsd files:

Does it help ?

And I also try to turn off Hardware Acceleration setting on Control Panel/Display/Screen Solution / Advance settings / troubleshot tab as your link instruction but the Change Setting button is disable, it means can not change any thing with this function.
